Managing Partner Bonifacio Bonny Garcia (’81) will be a panelist speaking about Effective Small Firm and Solo Practice Management for Harvard’s Latino Alumni Event, “Latino Leadership: Embracing the Challenge.” The program will feature panels on such topics such as The Future of Latinos in the United States; Revisiting the Relationship Between Outside Counsel and In-house Counsel; The Future of Latino Civil Rights in this Country; Representing and Communicating with our Community: Old, New and Social Media; Legal, Social and Political Developments throughout Mexico and Latin America and Impact on US Relations among others.

Garcia began his legal career as a commercial litigator and spent more than 12 years handling complex litigation and real estate matters. He currently serves as City Attorney to the City of Delano, and as special counsel to the Palmdale School District, Pasadena Unified School District, Santa Ana Unified School District, Ventura County Community College District, and the Delano Mosquito Abatement District among others. Garcia also serves as a chief labor negotiator for school districts throughout California.
