Danielle Charles


Danielle Charles is an associate in Garcia Hernandez Sawhney, LLP’s San Francisco Bay Area office. She has expertise in labor and employment law, employment litigation and civil rights litigation. Ms. Charles has experience working a variety of matters including contract and insurance disputes, class actions, and wage and hour claims. She utilizes her knowledge of the California Public Records Act, Voting Rights Act, and Brown Act to serve the firm’s school district and public entity clients.

Ms. Charles has a passion for public policy and service. She served as the Chair of the Courts Committee for the Earl B. Gilliam Bar Association, which represents the interests of the African-American legal community, and served as a member of the Volunteer Lawyer Program. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School and was on the Dean’s list during her undergraduate studies at Columbia University.
