Attorney Danielle Charles Joins Garcia, Hernández, Sawhney & Bermudez, LLP

Danielle Charles has joined Garcia, Hernández, Sawhney & Bermudez, LLP as an associate in the San Francisco Bay Area office. She brings experience working with a variety of employment law matters including insurance disputes, class actions, and wage and hour claims. Ms. Charles has also worked employment litigation and civil rights litigation cases.

Ms. Charles served as the Chair of the Courts Committee for the Earl B. Gilliam Bar Association, which represents the interests of the African-American legal community in San Diego County and served as a member of the Volunteer Lawyer Program. She hopes to expand this interest of public policy into her practice assisting the firm’s school district and public entity clients.

Danielle was attracted by the firm’s commitment to diversity and the structure of the firm, she was particularly impressed after reading the firm’s article in Stanford Lawyer Magazine.
